Dave’s career began in real estate as an investor in 2009, building an extensive real estate portfolio catering to multi-family housing and single family new construction. In 2016, Dave secured his real estate license and began assisting his clients to find their dream homes. Prior to real estate, Dave worked successfully as a Securities Trader with multiple privately owned Wall Street firms.
